I’ve loved filmmaking for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always borrowing my parents’ camera, making videos with my friends, and finding ways to turn everyday moments into something worth holding onto. Over time, that love for documenting honest emotion grew into Swansnap, a space where I get to document love stories with authenticity, intention, and warmth at the center of everything I create.
Early in my career, my mom gifted me my grandpa’s Super 8 camera, and it quickly became one of the most meaningful parts of my work. I never had the chance to meet him, which makes it incredibly special knowing he once used this same camera to film our family memories. Now, I get to use it to preserve the stories of other families as they begin new chapters of their own. Carrying that legacy into my work is something I hold very closely, and it constantly reminds me how powerful film can be. Not just to document how a day looked, but to preserve how it felt for years to come.
That perspective shapes every wedding I capture. My goal is always to create films that feel timeless, personal, and true to you, so you can revisit those moments and the people you love most for the rest of your life.
